What should I do if I receive an alert that my card can't be charged?


If you receive an alert that your credit card cannot be charged, it means there’s something wrong with your card or the account it’s connected to. You should call your card issuer as only they can tell you what the problem is.

Whether you resolve the issue and want to continue using the same card, or you want to update your ClickMagick account to use a different card, the process is the same – simply click the “Update Card” button on your Billing page and enter (or re-enter) the details of the card you want to use and we’ll try to charge you within an hour.

Because your account is past due and there’s a serious issue with your card, your account access will remain restricted until a successful payment is made.
