All you would need to do is edit the Primary URL of an existing Tracking Link to be the second Tracking Link you want to redirect too.

The two issues you want to be aware of are the following:

1. Conversions may show up on the second tracking link and not the first one the visitor clicks on.

2. Redirecting tracking links back to one another can result in an endless loop.
