MagickPops, MagickBars and MagickTimers – collectively referred to as MagickTools – were retired on March 15, 2020.

Combined, less than 1% of our users were using these tools.

The idea of cloaking a site or webpage you don’t own and adding a MagickBar or MagickPop to them – while very cool years ago when they were first developed – is now considered “amateurish” and unprofessional, it’s looked down on by almost everyone, and we’re pretty sure that before long it won’t even be possible due to ongoing browser security updates.

If you’re looking for a replacement, we recommend checking out HelloBar which provides modern notification bars and pop ups that you can easily add to your own pages.

A google search for “HelloBar alternatives” will also reveal lots of other options. These days there’s also a good chance that your landing page software also already provides similar functionality that you can use.

To anyone who was actively using any of the MagickTools, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
