What if I need to track more than 1M clicks per month?
999 out of 1,000 businesses never get anywhere near 1M clicks a month, and that’s the market we serve.
The main reason for the 1M click limit is that we provide one-of-a-kind stats and reports — all in real-time — and this just isn’t possible if you get millions and millions of clicks a month in a single account (at anywhere near our price point).
If you go a little over 1M clicks that’s totally fine, but if you regularly go over the limit you’ll want to create one or more additional accounts and split things up in a way that makes sense for your business ...
What if I received an alert and was directed to this article?
We actually allow a 25% overage on the Pro plan, so if you received an email or in-app alert directing you to this article that means you’ve received over 1,250,000 clicks in your current billing cycle.
If you think this is only going to happen occasionally, then don’t worry about it – your clicks are still being processed, and it’s no big deal. Just let us know so we can add a note to your account.
But if you know you’re going to go over 1.25M clicks most months, then you’ll want to create one or more additional accounts and split things up in a way that makes sense for your business.
Either way, please let us know your plan so we can add a note to your account.
If you go over the 1.25M maximum limit in any two out of three months, we’ll also require you to open another account and/or we’ll need to stop processing the additional clicks. In this case we’ll email you before doing anything.
At what point will my account be at risk?
If you ignore our alerts and do not respond, or you do not address the issue within 30 days when required, we’ll have no choice but to cancel the account in question.
