How do I pause or cancel my account?


You can pause or cancel your account at any time. It’s really easy…

Just go to your Billing Page in the Account menu and click “Cancel My Account” at the bottom of your billing history.

If you just need to take a break for awhile, pausing your account is a great option that may be presented to you.

Clicks won't be processed, but your settings and all of your data will be maintained exactly as they are. You won’t be charged while your account is paused, and you can come back and unpause or cancel your account at any time.

If you do decide to cancel your account, your account will expire at the end of your current subscription period. Please note that once this happens your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

 
Note: Pausing is only available for active, current, monthly accounts.

If you’re still in your free trial and want to “pause” you should simply cancel and signup again when you’re ready to use (and pay for) ClickMagick.

If your account is past due, you would need to make a payment to bring your billing up to date first. Then you would be able to pause your account (and get a credit for any unused time in your current billing cycle.)
